- A Call Center Representative will log your support issue in our Call Tracking System, assign that issue a task number and direct the incident and task number to the appropriate support team member.
- A highly trained Support Analyst will contact your company to troubleshoot and assist in resolving your support issue(s). If needed, a well trained, on-site Service Technician will be dispatched to your location regular business hours Monday thru Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm), after business hours Monday thru Friday (5:00pm to 7:00am) and weekends/holidays.
